If this was a rented film and you do this online then you will be charged for it even if you didnt watch it, hopefully the live chat team can sort this out for you.

They actually said I watched it I thought u didn't get charged if you don't watch it

Hi @karen+brandon

If you rent a movie from your Sky box and watch even a second of it - you get charged

If you rent a movie online - you get charged as soon as you order it

from what you described - I guess that if you got a charge but only watched a tiny amount "by mistake" I guess you are asking for some goodwill from Sky rather than they have made an error
