Hi. If you purchase a film on Sky Store, say the Lord of the Rings, do you not get the extras online?

Usually you do not as the extras would only be on the physical DVD or Blu-Ray, the digital download would just be the film unless otherwise stated.

I think this is an interesting question @YK786

as @caesarome mentions - sometimes extras are available.

I notice increasingly that we as customers have to be careful on which version we choose. I recently bought the Ghostbusters Afterlife Bonus edition. It came with half a dozen decent extras which were available for me to download.

For the same price there was a version of the same movie without extras.

I'm not sure why anyone would choose on purpose the "without bonus content " version - so I'm not even sure why it's available?

I would recommend to anyone buying a movie to check carefully to establish if there is more than one version.
