i ordered 2 dvds beginning of january and have not recieved my DVDs though the post and have e-mail skystore and the just taking **bleep** now .where my dvds and its looks i not getting the 2 dvd i ve ordered and going buy them again since this looks like skystore thieft to i takeing further refound or get my dvd thought i have paided for them !!!!

Instead of using email to contact the Sky Store support team try using the Live Chat that opens each day at 11am:

if you want to live chat with them - that opens at 11am

Worth also double-checking your account / orders to make sure you definitely ordered download + DVD rather than download only
