Ordered on blueray it says its been dispatched and was estimated to be delivered yesterday waited nearly a week so where is it?

It could always come tomorrow, if it doesn't Sky has a live chat service you can use to speak to them, it opens at 11am tomorrow and closes at 7.30pm and can be found here:

Mine is showing estimated delivery tomorrow (7th) @Holliday33

There were some unusual delays with the release date of the download - I've assumed this has impacted on the Bluray despatch
