Asda valentines meal deal sky movie store voucher offer -redeeming voucher

I've redeemed a movie rental from the sky store on the web, the movie appears in my sky store on my iphone, but doesn't appear in my sky store account on the sky a box on the TV.

Any idea if I can only view the rental from the iPhone or should I be able to view it from the sky a box ?

I'm afraid it has never been possible to view a rental via a Sky box when it was ordered online. The only ways to watch it via a TV is if you have Chromecast or an LG TV with the inbuilt Sky Store app.

What you could do in future @Oldbexleyboy is to put the voucher toward the cost of a buy and keep movie online (which you can send to your Sky box )

if you are completely stuck with the rental on your phone - you could try to persuade the Skystore team to cancel and refund the rental and start again (they open at 11am)
