Go to https://www.skystore.com/ instead, login with your Sky ID and pay for the movie on there, then you can download it to your Sky Q box.

You can only do this with Buy and Keep films as it is not possible to send rented films to our Sky Q boxes.

What is happening as you haven't said ?
