So why could I rent No Time To Die in UHD and Dolby Atmos but can only buy and keep in HD and I guess 5.1?

Most of these decisions are outside Sky's control @KCM58 although it's a fair question as I can see the UHD purchase option on other platforms

You could ask the Skystore team through livechat in the morning - but I do suspect they will say - out of their control. Do post back if you get an answer

I would guess it is some kind of right and licensing issue so Sky can only sell the HD version.
