No time to die problems

Has anybody else had problems renting No time to die

I rented it yesterday and started watching it but had to stop about half way through I've gone back this morning to continue watching but it's disappeared I can't find it anywhere it's even disappeared off the sky store all the other 007 films are there but not No Time to die

If you rented the movie on Tuesday and pressed play for the first time on Tuesday it should be there until the same time on Thursday. Everything I've seen about No Time to die shows the usual 48 hour viewing window

Worth checking your deleted folder just in case it's found its way in to there ( in Sky Q it's recordings / manage / deleted )

Easiest solution other than that should be a livechat with the Skystore team - open at 11am
