    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to purchase a movie from sky store since this morning but it keeps saying there is a technical issue and to try again later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned the sky box off from the mains for 2 minutes, I have made sure my sky has been updated , I have made sure there is internet connection,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anything else's I&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;could try .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
