Broken Link SkyStore Nectar email

I have received an email from Sky Store abs Nectar with the subject "Sky Store movie giveaway - get a movie on us 🍿🎬"

the problem is that when I click the link to 'Get my voucher' it takes me to a page that says it can't load. See image.

can anyone help?

I don't have the same email to check on - but often these issues are browser related

Do you have a device (preferably a Pc / Laptop) that you can try to use with Chrome as your browser ?

I've also got the broken link, and tried Chrome, IE on my PC and Safari on iPhone - all show the same message!!

I've just tried my nectar account on a Windows 10 PC using chrome and it has worked fine for me

maybe worthe clearing cookies - and of course could be a fault on some accounts - but I would direct you toward Nectar rather than Sky

I can't post a phone number on here but easy to find one on the Nectar website

You need to be signed into Nectar and then click the link.

Also, it's miss leading as it's for a film that's really old.
