Can’t download movie from Sky Store due to technical issue

We have been trying to watch Time to Die, it says we are unable to download it due to a technical issue. Have rebooted Sky Q box several time but problem persists.

We are having exact same issue. Rebooted sky boxes and internet not same technical error message
