No time to die problems

We were watching the new bond film 'no time to die' on skystore and got half way through and it stopped playing. Now can't access it at all and doesn't show on skystore. Has anyone else had this issue? Really frustrating...

Hi @RYates7

You must still be within your 48 hours

Try to find it by voice search or magnifying glass search. If you find it and it won't play - delete it then delete it from your deleted items

then download it again - quickly - as you only have 48 hours from when you first pressed play

I can't see even rent it I click on the main screen to rent and it just shows the the other bond films it just vanishes 🤪🤪🤪

Other than some corrupted downloads @Boyohull I've not heard of any issues with Sky Q premiere rentals

Probably worth a power off at the plug on your box for at least a minute then power back on to see if that clears it

Other than that probably as good as anything would be a livechat with the Skystore team
