      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have the same issue. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted internet and sky boxes and it's made no difference. &amp;nbsp;Tried again this morning and still get the same message when try to download in any format including SD. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Emailed sky as it seems impossible to speak with anyone, and no response yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky helped me get it to work through their online chat function. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went into Settings, Status and then went to the Sky Go option and Reactivated it. &amp;nbsp;Then went back in to download it and it worked .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
