I rented a film on my iPad not realising I can't watch it on my tv because not a buy and keep but I don't know how to cancel any help please

The best thing to do is to livechat with the Skystore team here

If by any chance you have a recent LG TV you could view it on the built in Skystore app

The only way to cancel is as @mike+simmonds has said and that is to contact the Sky Store support team as it is not possible to do it yourself.
