Free Welcome Film?

Your 'free film' 'welcome' offer is a joke. It is the opposite of transparent to access and your arrangements and instructions just send customers around in circles. I've spent so much time on several attempt occasions that I could well have watched a whole movie in that time. "Choose any film at £0.00" - what sort of gift is that? If you don't really want to 'treat' new customers, please don't bother at all snd save us all the stress and frustration!!

Not sure if you are aware @paddy60 but you are not actually talking to Sky Store support on here as we are fellow Sky customers.

When logging into the Sky Store website here if these films appear as £0.00 then you can go ahead and "purchase" one:

It occurs to me to mention that perhaps you think these movies are always £0 and therefore not a special offer

These are not usually £0 movies. These are movies that Sky has reduced the price to £0 for your one off VIP offer - so they really are something for nothing
