Hi, im trying to buy some think on sky store but I got Credit on my account but it keep saying payment error. Even though I have change payment cards.

These messages are usually down to your Skystore purchase limit being set (or reset) to £0

if it is that - it's usually easy to fix with a livechat to the Skystore team - using this link

edit: I've just seen your photo and I see now you are buying online - so it won't be a credit limit issue - but livechat still the way to go if your card is in date

I wonder if it is something do with the fact you have £15.98 in credit but the title costs £15.99 so you are a penny short, either way I would get in touch with Sky Store support about this:
