Hi,

should the Halloween free gift be available for all VIP members even if they have already accessed their free VIP gift movie when joining Sky (this was a few years ago).

I have had issues before where is always shows the full price and never £0.00.

Yes- the Halloween gift is still available even if you took a free welcome gift earlier

On my Sky Q, I did a manual search for the House with a clock - and it appeared in Skystore available for £0

You should be able top dopwnload it directly via your Q box or as I did it via the Sky Store website so long as it shows as £0.00 and if it doesn't you would need to get in touch with Sky Store support:

Hi will Sky Store be offering a free Halloween film to Sky VIP members in October 2023 as they have in previous years?
