Cancelling Sky rentals

How do I cancel a sky rental? I don't want to be charged something. Do I have to get in touch with sky customer services?

Hi @Br55ddz Don't attempt to watch it (even for a split second) then you won't be charged.

You are only charged for a rental made on your Sky box once you start viewing the movie.

To remove the copy from your box, as well as deleting it, you have to go to the Manage tab in Recordings (It’s down at the bottom of the menu) Then there is a deleted tab, go there and click “delete forever”
