I have two films on sky store on buy and keep that give my no option to send to sky box does anybody know why ?

As you have no option on these Buy and Keep films and if they are not already in the purchases section in your recordings thenI would select an option here to contact Sky Store support regarding this:

When you log in to your account on line - and click on your name - then "my account"

Do you have your Sky account registered in the "My Sky Account" section ?

Also - are you on IOS ? Have a look in your settings under Skystore

Do you have access to local network set to On ?
(I'm not at home to see if that would make a difference but worth a look at. )
