On the sky Q box it tells me there is a free movie waiting for me as I am gold VIP member and it tells me to go to the my sky app to redeem this but when on the my sky app there is no option to select a film.

any suggestions?

If you choose a free buy and keep movie online - you csn then choose "send to box" and view on your TV

When using the link in the post above just make sure the film you select is £0 and is not showing a price otherwise you will be charged for it, you can then send the film to your Q box. If you have any issues then get in touch with Sky Store support:
