Buy and Keep DVD 25th June

I placed an order for the above DVD with your "buy and keep" option and we still have not received the DVD in teh post. We were told that we'd have it by teh 19th July and now when I check our account it says that we have no purchases.

This is not good enough. Where is our DVD?

You should know that on here - you are speaking to other customers like you - so not to Sky . We obviously have no idea where your DVD is - but a couple of thoughts

Look at the email order if you still have it - or look at your order online. Did you definitely buy the digital + DVD copy as opposed to just the digital copy

Can you see the digital download or nothing at all. If you log in to Skystore online. If you see your purchase there - select "send to box"

That should make the digital copy appear

If you are sure you bought the digital +DVD - I'd suggest chasing it up with the Skystore team here (livechat works well)
