I've pre-ordered Peter rabbit 2 and The Unholy which I now see have been charged on my next bill.

However neither are on my purchases.

Has anybody else experienced this?

Hi @Louise197866

If they have appeared on your bill then I'm assuming you ordered them from your Sky box

I'm not at home to check but looking at those 2 movies they appear to have been released now

A quick suggestion (assuming these are buy and keep movies rather than rentals ) can you look on the Skystore app or online - to see if they are there.

If so - you should see a "send to box" option

See if that works.
