As I cant get at any of my 300+ sky store DVD and Bluray purchases on my Sky Q box because of what the message says is a techical issue which I can be assured they are working hard on (really guys as its be over a month now), the thought of not getting a physical medium is unacceptable! I'm glad I've ripped them to my plex media server now as I cant rely on Sky presenting them. From now on I but cheaper the physical media from Tesco. You've had thousands of pounds our of me Sky but no more.

Logged a case 2 weeks back.

Just got off a chat session before i logged it where the out ome was i needed to phone tech support if I wanted to arrange an engineer visit as i requested because of course heaven forbid that anyone would want to be able to book an engineer via any sort of online booking system.

Got straight on the phone only to hear the dulcet tones of the automated attendant saying it would be a 1 hour wait before I got through. Life is too short to spend a Friday night on the phone to Sky.
