Restore previous purchases from sky store

I had a previous account with Sky which i had to close a year or so ago because i moved to a property where i could not get sky. I have moved again and i have a new sky account, but I want to be able to transfer the purchases from the sky store onto this new account - is this possible?

Hi @JMARLER What do you see in Sky (it is a button) -> Purchases. Obviously you new Sky Account must match the purchases account.

@JMARLERI think this is one for Sky unless they can do it for you I don't think they can be associated.

However if you download the app and you still have your Sky ID and password I believe they can be watched over the app.

@JMARLER might need to contact Sky Store support to ask them to convert that account to a Sky Store only one before getting access to the purchases via the Sky Store app, they be contacted via here:
