Sky Store Purchases Not Showing

I made a number of purchases when using my Sky Q Box of films. I then cancelled my Sky Account, however have now tried logging onto my Sky Store Purchases through my LG Smart TV which worked perfectly fine a week ago, but now I can only see 4 of my purchases (should be over 10). I've logged onto the Sky Store website and have the same issue.

Any idea why I can't see the rest of the films that I have purchased?

There have been several reports over the last few days of Sky Store purchases not appearing.

on my LG I've just had a firmware update. My movies are showing ok in my TV. Have you downloaded the update yet - or - perhaps it's the update which has caused your issue ?

I would download the LG firmware if it's available for you - and if the movies are still not there I would live chat with the Skystore team here
