Missing movie.

I purchased a mivie through Buy & Keep several months ago. Today I wanted to watch it again but noticed it was not listed in the planner where the others are. I logged into Skystore and did the send to box request, seb=veral time now but the movie sill does not show in my planner. I even tried a planner rebuild and resending again, but still the movie is not appearing.

Any ideas??

You say that it is not in your planner but do you mean the scheduled folder in the planner as this is where all purchases will be.

It does not appear in any of the planner tabs. It always used to show in the Purchased Tab, where the other movies I purchased are still showing.
