50% Off Sky Store

I received an e-mail saying we had 50% off Sky Store Buy & Keep. So I went in and choose the new Disney Film Raya. I wasn't sure which Buy & Keep it was so I clicked on the first digital version thinking it would ask if I wanted to purchase but the purchase went straight through at full price?

We haven't watched yet so can we cancel and/or get at half price as per the e-Mail?

When you get an offer like this the price you will pay with the discount will be shown, so if a film shows the full price as it doesn't mention the 50% off then that will be the price you pay. From what you have said this film isn't part of this promotion so all you can do is to get in touch with Sky Store support:
