We have just bought Godzilla, we have only audio no visual. this has never happened before any thoughts?

When viewing it via a Sky+ box it has to be watched on the box and not via another television that is connected to the box by something like a TV link or Magic Eye.

It's as @caesarome says.

The reason why you are experiencing this when you normally don't - is because the Premier Rentals have an extra layer of copy protection built in.

You need to watch it via your Sky+ box only and not via a second tv which is connected via the TV link cable.

I also read @sarah232323 that on these Premier rentals if you are watching on your main Sky + box, it needs to be connected to your TV by HDMI rather than by SCART
