Hi i ordered the Tom and Jerry movie (rental) and it's not showing in my rentals section on the sky q box

Unfortunately, rentals made on a device can't be sent to your Sky box

Usually with ordinary rentals - there are a few workarounds although I haven't tried them with the Premier Rentals. These do have extra copy protection built in, but you can try the following which usually work

You can cast to your TV if you have a Chromecast or TV with built in Chromecast

If you have a recent LG TV you can download the Skystore app on there

If you have a laptop or PC with HDMI output- you can plug that in to your TV

For the film to be viewable via your Sky Q box it needed to be rented via the box itself as rentals can only be watched via the box if they were rented on it because unlike with Buy and Keep they can not be sent to a Sky box.
