It can do no harm to ask and you may be able to get through quite quickly on livechat. &lt;P&gt;From when you start viewing the film, rather than from when you pay for it.&amp;nbsp; As &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/179137"&gt;@mike+simmonds&lt;/a&gt; says in his very useful &lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/News/Sky-Store-A-quick-guide-for-users/ba-p/3245818" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Sky Store guide&lt;/A&gt;, this means it's really important to resist the temptation to 'press play just to check it works OK', and only start playback when you are ready to watch the whole thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
