Sky vip welcome gift

So I have just found a free movie in my sky app. I clicked on it and sent me an email so say I can claim a free vip welcome gift. But when I got to vip section in skystore.com like or says it's trying to charge full price. Am I doing something wrong?

You should be able to claim it here or via your Sky Q box

If you've only just joined Sky VIP then you might have to wait 4 days.

As stated you might need to wait for 4 days before they show as £0.00 and if they don't after that then all you can do is to contact the Sky Store support team:
