Films bought from sky store via NOW TV

How do I retreive films bought from the SKY Store via NOW TV on my SKY Q box? I have checked for "purchases" on the SKY Q box and it says I have none. Can anyone help please.

movies bought on now TV can't be sent to your Sky box

If you have a PC or laptop with an HDMI output you can plug that in to your TV and view that way

or there is a list of about 60 devices on the Now TV website list which are compatible

Your Sky Q box is tied to your Sky account so you will be unable to watch them as your purchased them via NowTV.

You can log into your sky store account. Click on 'my library' then press the button 'send to sky box'

you can then watch all movies you've purchased through now tv.

I've used sky store via now tv for years,

I've managed to send most of my movies 1 by 1 via my mobile app as there is a send to sky box button,

haven't been as successful with them all as some don't have that option,

I've used sky store for years I knew this already but, I'm a new customer with sky this year

I still need to find out why I'm not able to send the rest because I really don't rent movies I always buy them,

so I know it can be done for a fact by your mobile app 👍

When you have bought movies before on Sky Store, is that Skystore within Now Tv?

I don't have Now TV so I'm not best placed to talk about Now TV transfers but I can help with transfers from Skystore online to your Sky TV account

On the regular Skystore, under "my account " then "my sky account" there is a section that says

"As a Sky customer, you can manage your account at sky.com/Myaccount. For security, we'll ask you to enter your Sky iD when you sign in."

So have you linked your Skystore account to your Sky TV account ?

The movies you've bought ? If you have bought them in Skystore - they should appear in a list like this (will take a while to appear - please don't laugh at the list of movies 🙂)

Do you have a list of this type within Now Tv ?

it's tricky for me to clarify as I don't have knowledge of how Skystore appears within Now TV - I would be interested if you could explain that
