Hi just downloaded petter rabbit on sky store cause it’s said it was free. But when I checked my bill for next month it’s charged me £7.99 for it.

When you placed the order via your Sky box did it show as £0.00 on the screen, if so then you would need to get in touch with Sky Store support about this:

Hi @Lorna+pr

As @caesarome mentions - you will always be charged whatever price is showing on the screen when you buy, so if you saw £7.99 then the offer has not reached your account

So as a rule, only click on a purchase if you accept the price you can see. On mine - I had £7.99 with a line through it and £0 showing on the right of the screen

As well as speaking to Skystore to ask nicely for a refund, make sure you have registered as a Sky VIP (takes 4 days to fully register) and make sure your Sky TV ID is linked to your Skystore account

If it did show as £0.00 then the Sky Store people will be able to help you with this @Lorna+pr .
