Peter Rabbit Sky Store Charge (VIP Free)

Hello

i saw the Peter Rabbit free download for Sky VIP but when I went to download it it said £7.99

it is now now showing on my bill as £7.99 but previously I have had to contact Sky to get them to reverse the charge. How do I avoid this happening in the future and will I get refunded?

If it was showing as £7.99 then this is why you have been charged for it.

Just regarding that part of your question- how do I stop this happening in future

The amount you see on screen prior to buying a movie is the amount you will pay. So if there is ever an offer like the Peter Rabbit for £0

If your screen is showing £7.99 then the offer hasn't reached your account. The only way you can be sure of paying £0, is if your screen is saying £0

Typically you will see the full price - say £7.99- with a line through it and then the £0 over to the right of the screen

To work out why this isn't the case on your account - all you can do yourself is make sure you are registered as a VIP for at least 4 days and make sure your Sky TV account is linked to your Skystore account

other than that - the Skystore team should be able to resolve this for you.

@Benjay888 In future you need to ensure the price shown is £0:00 as for the current charge you need to contact sky store support as advised by @caesarome

I had the VIP email to say I could watch it for free but my account isn't activated according the error when trying to download it. Can't get through to sky help online service.
