I am a sky mobile customer and have been told I'm entitled to a free movie with Sky VIP. When on the phone with sky they assured me I do not need to have a tv contract with them to access sky vip. I have linked my sky ID to my sky account but all of the films still appear as the full price. Anyone else have this issue? Apparently a code must be redeemed for the total to show as £0.00

Does this offer of a free Sky Store film appear within the VIP section of the MySky app for you, if so select it and follow the instructions onscreen.

Yes the offer is there and I've tried following the instructions outlined in the email provided however it is still showing as full price unfortunately
