Missing purchases

Hi there,

Over the years I've made a few purchases on the sky store of films to watch at my leisure. Over the past few weeks I've noticed a few of them have dissappeared. Some of the films in question are

American Sniper

Immortals

Secret life of pets

I don't know why they've dissappeared or how to get them back. Any suggestions?

Hi @SolidSwede87

Well those three movies are still available in Skystore which must mean Sky's licence to hold them is still in place

So if you've done "buy and keep" on your existing Sky account - you should still have access to them

If they aren't in your purchases library - have you tried searching for them by name ?

If they aren't on your Sky box library - have you tried Skystore online - if you can see them in your online library - you can send them to your Sky box from there
