Bought 'Finding Alice' on Sky box office weeks ago... two of the episodes won't download and we have sent SEVEN emails but no one will even bother to reply... we spend a lot per month and are disgusted and disappointed at the way we are treated... @epernay

What's the error you get? Email is not a good way to contact Sky...

There isn't a customer services email - you might have noticed after writing a sixth time.

First episode won't download ... says 'technical error, please try again later'

..... we've been trying for three weeks and have upgraded software, restated everything as instructed.

amazed they won't answer an email so I'm now actively looking at how to slash the monthly spend with Sky

As I said, there's no email you can write to so it's no surprise they don't reply.

Re the downloads, try the SD version of the episodes instead.

As this is Sky Store related there is both an email address and email form that can be used to contact the Sky Store people about this as can be seen here so if you haven't used this email address or the form @Kittyhawk07 that it might be worth try this:
