Has I have come to find that after we have purchased a film from sky rental you would have thought you actually get to keep it for the hole 7 days think for the price were changed its the least they could do. I didn't even release these are removed after 48 hours. Will be the last time we purchase a sky store movie so disappointed in sky

Yes unfortunately you are correct that 48 hours after you first press play - a rental gets deleted

If for example you don't press play for 6 days - you still have 48 hours from that point - so now that you are aware it's always the best rule to not start watching until you know you can complete the movie within 48 hours.

I've no idea if Skystore have any flexibility to offer a goodwill replacement rental if you ask them - but if you want to give it a try - this is a good link

Yes this is a true disappointment learnt from it but definitely won't be ordering again it's a waste of money to just watch it once especially when people

in the house work different shifts so if one watches the others can't.

You can watch it more than once but you have 48 hours to do so and that starts whne you first press the play button. 7 days is how long you have to press play.
