Sky store not working

So have a sky + box and can get sky store on phone and send buy and keep films to my sky box but cant access the sky store to purchase on my box. Wanted to watch the new trolls but it's just a rent which means I can send to my sky box. So cant watch the movie tried to but on my box. It says you can not record this programme.

But dosnt make any sence of what to do on there.

Hi @Chantel+jadein

I was a bit confused by your post. Did you rent Trolls on your phone or on your box ?

If on your phone then the only way to watch on TV is by viewing on a laptop or PC with a cable to the HDMI port on your TV

If you rented on your box but can't buy it there - then yes as @caesarome suggests - contact Sky store

UPDATE - After speaking with luke+12 we provided them with the contact number for the Customer Priority Team who have been dealing with this.
