Dodgy call??

I've just had a call saying they are from sky mobile and that due to signal complaints they are sending out new sim cards for everyone to replace. I'm thinking, this is sh!t. The sims all have the same number but better coverage and you need to swap sims over as soon as they arrive. They asked me to confirm my information,which is when I hung up......anyone else had this?

That is a scam call as they will want your account information so they can order expensive phones via it meaning you will be paying for them so I take it you gave them no details that they asked for ?

I didnt give them my name or anything. I hung up and blocked.

Very wise, another one of their scams if a 40% discount and a free tablet/iPad, as the saying goes if something sounds too good to be true, it is.
