Follow the instructions on the page where you ordered the device from. Most require a claim direct to Samsung.

The link you need to get in your claim in is this:

https://www.samsungoffers.claims/S26FEWatch

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
