@Mrsajid The link i provided in you other thread explains how to get the proof of usage, that is all Sky will supply they won't send out a bespoke letter.

The proof of USAGE is your email with the IMEI number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to look for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.

It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com

Sky will not provide anything else.
