Hello

id like to understand more about if I've paid off my phone and contact or if I still have longer. I saw an email back in 2024 saying I've paid off the sim

I would just like some more clarity about if I have paid my contact off.

A sim contract is for 12 months so if you have had this sim in 2024 then you are past the minimum term for this.

Hi @Kate72 a sim continues until you cancel it, it's not paid off. After 12 months you can cancel it penalty free. The message you received was probably telling you that you had reached the minimum term.
