I am being charged twice on my new bill for mixed unlimited data,

I was also told I was getting 50% discount so it would be £15 a month not £30

What do you mean by mixed unlimited data?

How long ago was this all agreed and do future bills reflect the estimated price you're expecting?

So I'm gunna add a pic, they have put on my bill £30 twice and it's ment to be £15 dunno how to get this fixed before they take the money

Your image doesn't show the dates the bill covers. Is it over the normal one month? Are you a new customer for Sky Mobile?

It is 2 months worth (the -30 days is the in arrears amount and the other amount is the in advance).

However, there is no discount applied.

You'll need to contact Sky to query that - call 150.
