Cannot order Apple iPad

I have tried on multiple occasions to order an Apple iPad online different days, times and devices. Each time I go through the whole process, enter my details, do the credit check, enter my payment details for direct debit etc, but when I click to place the order it takes me to a page that says "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties" and to try again later. I can't find a number to call or another way that I can place the order. Any help would be very much appreciated!

I've got exactly the same problem trying to order a new Samsung phone. Once I have been all the way through selecting the phone, getting the credit check, signing the credit document, giving my bank details, pressing the order button, then the system goes technical.

Don't think their ordering system is very reliable, if it always seems to be having technical difficulties. Do they really want us to buy our phones from someone else?
