If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

We obviously don't know what issues you've had, or what you've tried to sort it, but to speak to Sky just dial 150 free from your Sky sim if it's working.

Your title says "Leaving sky mobile" so if this is what you want to do as you have had your Sky sim for 12 months or more then you do not need to call Sky as you can get a pac code to move the number to a different network:
