Hi, I am an existing Sky Mobile customer. I tried to order the Apple AirPods Pro 3 on a device contract online, but the system stated I am not eligible. I checked my credit file and my Equifax score is excellent (858), and my payment history with my current Sky contract is completely perfect.

I understand the automated online system might be flagging a rigid affordability threshold based on my income, but as a loyal, long-term customer who always pays on time, I would appreciate it if an advisor could look at my internal payment history and help me manually process the AirPods order. The Facebook Messenger bot is completely broken and won't let me talk to anyone. Can a Sky Advisor here please escalate this to a secure chat session for me?
