Left sky mobile

I have left sky mobile and it still listing my bills to be paid. Have transferred over to another network on 17th September 2026 and transfer was successful but sky has not closed their account down and still showing me having bills after the final one. Why

Did you leave by using a pac code to move your number to another network and when you did leave was you over the 12 month minimum term of a sim ?

Hi,

any help. I moved my number using the pac code and was successful in moving over to my new supplier.

but, sky is still trying to bill me for their service. Had issues with them not closing the account down and now they has closed/cancelled the SIM card as it's disappeared from the account with the number being listed as unavailable but they have not stopped billing me.

yes I understand there is a final bill to be made but this should not be for another full month of mobile usage and it also shows still the predicted bills for next few months.

They sorted out getting rid of the SIM card but billing is still happening. Need help/advice on what to do.

Yes was outwith my contract (been with sky for 3 or more years) and left using pac code. My SIM card has now been removed from the account but they still have left the billing open and is so confusing for me.

When did your number transfer over to your new provider ?

What did they say about the billing when you contacted them ?

17th September it transferred over.

i am out of contract

have previously contacted sky - they say that it did not get closed down/transferred over but my number that I had with sky is now operating properly with my new supplier no has been since 17th September.

looked on MySky app and seen that the manage SIM card has disappeared but the bill still there.

where as my son and daughter in law transferred away from sky on the same day and theirs worked properly and have a bill that has been credited for 14 days of previous payment.

i know I owe sky some or the bill for the MMS messages that I sent previously but I'm sure I don't owe 5em anything for further months of standard data/texts etc.

sorry about multiple posts just not too sure on computers etc

Ps: sky did say they would look into it. I thought it had been sorted when the SIM card and management of the sim disappeared from the MySky app.

Hi @ER1961 if you transferred on the 17th September then it will be 17th October before the account is fully closed and you will get a final bill showing a zero balance.
