MacBook Neo delivery updates??

I ordered a MacBook Neo on Sept 8th with a delivery window of 1-2 weeks which is tomorrow and still no update on when it's arriving!
Anyone else waited much longer than the predicted timeline??

I've seen other posts about this item from weeks ago where Sky have been waiting for stock from Apple.

I ordered mine 24th August at the time said 1-2 weeks and still no updates over 4 weeks on. One person I spoke to said it will definitely be delivered by the end of September but I'm not holding out much hope. Was a birthday present for 2 weeks ago 🙄

They are all telling us different things! Spoke to someone today who said they absolutely can't tell me when it will be delivered. But someone 2 weeks ago said it would be with me by the end of the week! It's honestly shocking customer service

I ordered on the 1st and still nothing. It's a birthday gift for my daughter so hoping it arrives in the next week

I have just spoken to sky as I was told I would having delivery by the end of the month, they are now saying that Apple are no longer making the Mac book and they are unlikely to be getting anymore. But they will be in contact if they do but offered my the Mac book air which is a lot more a month so I declined. Feel gutted as I told my daughter she was definitely getting it and now looks like she won't be after waiting over a month. Hopefully Apple can do something and send some out to fulfill the orders already placed 🤞

Not sure how true that is as I've just gone to Apple to see if you can still order and you can still order on there 🙄 so hopefully sky do manage to get some as they clearly have stock

It looks like sky getting more stock in as now taking orders again for the Neo with 1-2 week deliver stated so hopefully everyone will get theirs soon.

I can not see any in stock on there on mine, they all say out of stock 🤔 hopefully they will be within the next 1-2 🤞

I've just cancelled my order as well - they told me on the phone also that Apple have stopped manufacturing the Neo

The man on the phone said not to listen to the website it may be a technical glitch 🙄 feel bad for anyone else who orders one today thinking they will be getting it! I haven't cancelled just yet as I'm really holding out hope they do manage to get some in stock 🙏🏻

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

There have been numerous posts regarding delays of the MacBook Neo over the last month or so at least which is apparently down to supply issues from Apple.
