Sim cards are sent out via Royal Mail should be with you within 2-3 days so hopefully this will work when it is installed.

Have moved my eSim from an iPhone to a Google Pixel. Ordering and activation of the new eSim went perfectly but I am left with no service and an error message saying the SIM is not provisioned. Support got me to try ordering the new SIM a few more times but always the same. The only option they can give me is to order a new physical card but I am left without work calls until they deliver.

Yeah I guess. Just find it really frustrating that support do not know how to fix. They keep promising to speak to back end team and come back to me but no luck.

Made a complaint they have no idea how to fix. Honestly the worst support ever - over an hour to get through, shuffled to four different people and still no resolution. Can't wait until my contract is up and I can go with a company that actually wants to help.
